Charter an estate, individually or together. A three-night minimum stay and a requirement to rent at least five suites per estate ensure that no matter the estate size, as few as ten guests can be accommodated, all at the same price. Choose the estate that best suits your needs and aesthetics without worrying about fluctuating rates.
Rates increase per suite and vary by season. Comprehensive rate sheets, premium spirits and wines, and detailed lists of inclusions and optional extras are available upon request. Navigating Moskito Island is effortless and enjoyable. Although the island is 125 acres, its compact size and few roads allow guests to travel from one end to another in less than 10 minutes. Estate staff serve as chauffeurs, ensuring comfortable transportation around the island using golf carts and Mini Mokes, which are open-air, lightweight vehicles perfect for tropical terrains.
The attentive estate staff is always ready to drive guests to their desired destinations, making every journey a breeze. There are no water taxis however boat rides can be arranged for an extra charge to dine at restaurants on nearby islands. Cape Stout and The Point Estate both include a private boat and captain for those looking to explore beyond Moskito Island. This exclusive perk allows guests to venture into the surrounding British Virgin Islands, uncovering hidden gems, secluded beaches, and charming local towns and restaurants.
